My dock recently stopped charging! I’ve checked all the cables and those are ok. It’s no longer charging the head set. Please advise

I just bought the Occulus Quest 3 but my dock isn't charging the headset, the light does not go on and overnight it only charged +8%. Brand new, all Meta hardware.

We understand how having a functioning Charging Dock is crucial for keeping your headset charged, and trying to stay active in the world of VR! With that being said, we're happy to assist you today. In order to get a better understanding, we have a few questions.
Please note, when using the Charging Dock with an Elite Strap with Battery for the first time, make sure your headset is on the latest software. Once you answer these questions, we can continue to resolve this issue, and get you back to those fun games and apps!

Thank you for the response! When I left the headset charging overnight it gained 8% charge. But it does make a sound when I put it on the charger, which makes me hopeful that it’s charging. But the light does not go on and the battery life doesn’t increase.
Currently I first charge the controllers, then unplug the docking station and put the charger into the headset. Not great, but that’s what I need to do currently to use it. Any ideas?
I'm using 100% Meta hardware.
