@sparkie. The actual Rift is fine when it works, but pray you never find yourself in a situation where you have to deal with the mess that is Oculus 'support'.

Mine has been sitting in a box waiting on support for months now, and at this stage I've more or less moved on.

Good thing that they take action when reading stuff here, a few hours after posting here I got a mail that my order was now beeing processed and was shipped yesterday... All info for payment and address was OK since months back.

I just hope they get the touch controllers out soon and working properly so Rifters can really enjoy proper immersive VR and get official support in games.

UPS lost my one and Oculus support has not answered me in over a month. So pissed off. New orders can ship in a few days but they are not replying to support tickets. its absolute bulls**t.

@Samalam it would be easier if you claimed it back through Paypal or credit card co. Then just reorder and you will have a new one in a few days.  Don't know what your situation is but that's what i would be trying to do.

I have been refunded as u know and still Oculus have not got back to me..I dont even know where i stand of preorder for touch..company is crazy as hell

Ordered mine on the 20th Jan #61300004609344 it has said shipping between 18th and 28th of July since I got my update email in April explaining about the shortage of parts and the extended shipping time, when the 18th clicked over it nows says 2 business days with shipping TBA, have sent a ticket and was responded to by Sid promptly, but have been left hanging ever since he told me he was looking into it, surley charging my account and shipping me the item I have waited 7 months for shouldnt be to much of an ask.

Hey man I am confused .... you have been refunded, but are still "rarely using VR in hopes for Touch?"

Seriously?  You waited ONE day into your estimated shipping window before complaining that they haven't shipped it yet?

I ordered a rift and payment was made through paypay, Oculus have failed to reach out to me with any formal response indicating a new rift will be send out and i got fedup of waiting so i contacted paypal. Paypal wrote to Oculus, telling them they need to respond in 14 days and they failed.
I ended up buying a rift else where but i hardly use to be frank, I am very busy with work but I would love to get the touch as i feel it would be awesome. I now find myself confused about where i stand with Oculus and the potential to get touch from them based on the priority we are supposed to get when we order the rift. I do hope this make sense?
