I purchased a quest that happens to be on enterprise mode and requires me to enter a PIN at the admin panel. I cant load any apps/games even after resetting to factory mode multiple times. Is there anything that I can do to fully wipe it? Or is this something the support team would have to help me out with.
I've heard people on reddit say that support can reset it (needs non-business firmware uploaded). Submitting a ticket to them would be the best option.
