Are you buying games on Oculus Home?

I ask because while I am very happy that I can access Oculus Home and play Lucky's Tale (my absolute favorite VR game!) on my DK2, and watch some cool VR demo, but the games are... quite expensive! There are a bunch of games I would like to buy even if I don't have my CV1 yet, some of them I played at an Oculus event last year, but I wonder if there's gonna be some Oculus Home Sales like Steam does, where we can pick up games at lower cost. Also, it would be nice to have playable demos of those games, I'm sure I'm not the only one to think that. So, are you guys buying right now, or like me you are just trying the freebies?

Yes. Though to be honest, I feel like I'm insulting such a beauty of a game by playing it on a dk2.

I have a DK2 (no intentions to buy CV1) and bought Pinball FX2 and Adr1ft and Dreadhalls so far. All work great, I am not sure about the first two as a game (have not really played Dreadhalls yet), but especially Adr1ft as an 'experience' just floating around in the tutorial section is amazing! (that and the Lost little movie are the highlights for me so far)
I don't think I will buy anything over $20, but I *really* appreciate Oculus letting me use my DK2 with the 'real' Oculus Home experience so I have no issues sending them some of my cash. If something is available both on Steam and on Oculus Home for the same price, I would definitely get the Oculus version simply because I 'want to do something back' (without buying the final hardware...).

Nope, nothing I can't get on steam. All this shipping bullshit has put a bad taste in my mouth. I already have all the games I want to play on the rift. All I need is a VR headset. That may or may not end up being the rift or the vive. Just depends on which one I get first.

I have bought Project Cars, and will be buying Chronos here in a minute. Like somebody else mentioned, you can buy Elite Dangerous off the developer's site for $29.99, if you don't want the deluxe edition stuff. Once you do that you can find a partner key in your ED account you will make. That can be activated on Oculus Home. While I know you specifically mentioned Oculus Home, there are a lot of games that you can find on sale that work on SteamVR. Rather than pay $30 for a game in one place, you can buy the same one for only $13. You may just prefer to keep all your content in one nice spot, but with so much content to experience, looking for deals is great. Also, some developers are issuing Oculus keys for titles bought on Steam. So even if you go my route, you can look around and see if the games you want, will eventually do that.
