Australian pre-order experience

It's only two days left till the end of my estimate shipping date and they still haven't charged me yet so I'm little concerned about the delay. I know it's only estimate but who wants to wait for few more days after such a long wait !!

Anyway I was hoping if AUS guys can share the pre-order experience here so we have better insight on what's going on.

Nothing at all. 

I finally got another reply (after 4 days again) saying; 

 - Sorry for the inconvenience
 - My order is being processed normally  
 - We don't know when the order will be processed
 - But you will get notification "soon" when the order ships 

So basically they seem to resist to say word " delay "

Palmer Luckey can say " blame your country " but has no fucking gut to say " Unfortunately there is a DELAY. Sorry. " what a great guy

So I read on Whirlpool, a fellow brisbanite orders April 21st and got his rift recently, yet someone who lives in the same city still is on pre-order status on a 18min pre-order..

No excuse here.. NONE.

Funny, looking at this survey, I should have been allocated to March (I'm 27XXXXX) but got allocated to May which is very rare the 1% case. That's fine ...let's just say I was unlucky but they can't even meet the delayed order schedule now ...

Do we need proof ? Obviously there surely be a lot of people getting the advantage while so many of us getting fucked up at the same time.

I honestly think order numbers aren't even worth going by. When Brisbane were held up by customs due to the batteries, Oculus skipped order numbers and jumped to orders by city. They also skipped order numbers when they decided to allow PC+Rift bundles before pre-orders. They also skipped order numbers because people ordered them with a shipping cost.

I don't think any order number is going to be proof any more, rather which ever incompetent f..kwit at oculus logistics has decided to send are the lucky ones.
