Banned from Gorilla Tag

My son was being harassed by players in Gorilla tag today so he signed off. When he went to log back in later it states our account is now banned. I never received any notification or reason why the account is banned.

Best to get assistance from the gorilla tag forums. 

Should be no problem if your son is 13+ on a regular meta account or 10 -12 on a supervised one.
