Is your Oculus Rift set up and functioning already, with the current Runtime installed?
Do you have Unity 5.1?

If the answer to both of those is yes, all you have to do to develop for the Rift is go to Build Settings, Player Settings, and check the box that says "Virtual Reality Supported." The camera in your scene will become the player's head.

That didn't work for me. It won't recognise the Rift.
