Ridiculous. There's nothing wrong with the brightness. Perhaps there's something wrong with your eyes.
Everyone's Rift is a bit different. That is public knowledge. For example, I've had zero problems with my Rift and I once listed where you had multiple (you even used MS Paint to draw one of your problems lol). You shouldn't ridicule others just because you don't see what they see; especially since you cannot handle being ridiculed yourself.
To me CV1 display is much too bright and I sometimes get headache. I'like to have an adjustable backlight, thanks!
I don't have any real issues with this myself, but I do think that the next gen Rift should have more options, including the ability to adjust lighting of the lenses.

You're one to talk of ridiculing. You don't even know how to post without being asnine. Abnormal brightness is NOT a known /typical, shared issue.
Nonetheless, you of all people with your infantile MS Paint drawing should know that not everyone shares the same problems. It could very well be that his Rift shines a bit more brightly than others. You are the last person to ridicule someone for calmly suggesting an enhancement.
As for ridiculing, I can take just as much as I give. You cannot. You give and then cry like a baby when forced to take.
