Build 67 dynamic bitrate broken ?

Hi all. I upgraded my quest 3 to v.67 these days , and i can't have the dynamic bitrate working any more.

I use my helmet linked via usb for simracing or airlink for other pc games. 

So to have it working wihtout changing too many parameters, i forced in odt the h264 codec, dynamic bitrate , and max dynamix bitrate to 960.

In oculus software, helmet is at maximum resolution and 90Hz 

This worked very fine with a really good fluid image when linked with usb, (checked in odt , the bitrate goes too high to see the value) and the dynamic bitrate worked very good when playing airlink too. High value when in the sameplace as the wifi6 box, and fine auto tuning when i go in another place ( a bigger one for fps or sports games that don't need high bitrate as simracing).

But yesterday, i found a bad texture quality playing linked , and noticed that without changing any parameters, the bitrate is notified locked to 200.  I changed it to play in the bitrate setting , no problem playing with 900 (and it shows "locked to 900" , but if i wan't now to play airlink, i'll have to change it manually.

Is this a know bug ?
