CV1 to have even wider field of view than DK1?

Anyone else read the following review of the Oculus Consumer Beta (ECV7)? If its genuine it claims that CV1 will have a significantly wider field of view than DK2 due to 'clipping' the upper field of view.

Apologies if this has already been discussed or if it is fake.

They did say/state (I'll have to double check on this info, forgot where I heard it) that it wouldn't be better than the DK1 and that gives us something like 110-120 right off. +- because of the added semi reflective coating on the edges it could be very well a fake 110-135 range. A lot of us already said that adding something to the side to help curve the FOV would go a long long way into faking/feeling a bit more open in the DK units.

This is probably what gets me the most excited. I'm glad the horizontal FOV seems higher than the DK2, but we'll see if it's really better than the DK1, which is sort of the gold standard in terms of FOV. Regardless of whether that ends up being the case, this use of the reflective background to blue the edges will be so much nicer. It's not so much the limited FOV that gets me, you can still have an immersive experience wit h ski goggles on, but being able to see that black border in your periphery just kills the experience. We know that we can't perceive much detail in our peripheral vision anyway, but not being able to see the edges of the world is going to be fantastic.
