Hello everyone!
I currently have a META 3 and I am using it to play some games on my PC via cable (direct link).
Recently, I wanted to re install and play some of my older games I haven't played in a long time...
Some of these games cannot be installed as I get a notification message saying "Sorry we couIdn't install *name of the game*"
I was NOT able to re-install the following titles:
- Dirt Rally
- In Death
- Chronos
- Project Cars - game of the year edition
Instead, I was able to re-install:
- Dead and Buried
- Onward
- Lucky's tale
Furthermore, browsing the installing folder I've found all of the files of the NON WORKING titles, and tried to start them directly there via their ".exe". The game starts, and then I get kicked out after getting on the title screen a message stating that I failed the "entitlment check".
I've tried updating the headset as standalone, the app on the PC. Restart, reboot, disconnect cable, update video drivers.
I do onw all of these games, purchased on the Oculus/Quest/Meta store however it's called. I can share the purchase receipts as well if necessary.
Solved! Go to Solution.

@Rox_Muteki some games may not install if there is a previous corrupt installation of the game on the PC.
Go into C: program files>Oculus and search for any files with your game titles that won't install. Now delete all the files titled with your uninstallable games, and then try to re-install them.
Good luck.

You were right, I've deleted all of the files and folders related to the uninstallable games, and now it's letting me reinstall them.
I haven't started any of them yet, but it looks promising!
