Hi all, Im at my wits end here. Basically I created this Meta account tonight as my old one is locked out or I cannot get logged in. My proper Meta Quest account and Meta Horizon account is a different email address to this one Im using to write this. My password on my old account isn't working. Can an admin sort this out please ? Even my FB account was hacked last year and I lost everything as they changed my email phone number and password so I couldn't get back in. There is zero human support in the meta world it seems. Hundreds of thousands of people are having same problem as me. What is going on ???
So finally someone from Meta store support has fixed my 2FA login issues and Im back into my Quest 2, thanks to all the Admins on here for their timely responses and for chasing Meta support for updates, it was hard work getting them to fix it but someone went the extra mile in support it seems. 🙂
