Check your tracking on UPS if 'processing'

Just a quick heads up for people. I've not received any shipping notice but my order is showing as "Processing". I just checked my tracking info on UPS, Track by reference and put your order number in without any leading 0s.

I found out that it was attempted delivery today and was refused by my work's post room. Turns out after ringing UPS that there was no last name on the package, that's why work rejected it. If I'd not checked it on UPS's web site I'd never have known and it would have been returned to sender after a week. Given the lack of a shipping email and tracking ID I suggest everyone that's expecting shipment soon to a place of work or post room check that delivery hasn't been attempted.

I'm not sure why it didn't have my last name on it, I do have that listed on the oculus.com/sales page. The good news is that I can collect it this evening so I'm happy!!

TL;DR - If you're expecting shipment and get delivery to a post room, check on UPS, it might have been delivered and refused.

Add:

switch to tracking by reference:

Shipment Reference: [your oculus Order ID] -> without the beginning zero
Shipment Date Range: -> use the date when your status switched to processing
Destination Country: [your Country]
Destination ZIP/Postal Code: [your ZIP-Code]

Try switching to Mail Innovations in the radio button at the top. I had to go a few days before I received the processing email in the date range as well.

I needed to select "Mail Innovations" for it to work for me if that helps.

What order # are you and in what country? I'm a 21xxx order in California and it looks like they still haven't shipped mine. Here is all the web site says:

Hmm, that is interesting. I am order 45760 and mine says basically the same thing, except 5/14/13. If I hadn't already waited so long with so many always-unexpected delays I'd be more optimistic that it means anything..
