I've seen multiple discussions about this on various forums and most seem to have a different opinion of the Final UK price.
I have gone as far as the buy button on this site, with the price at £499. However I cannot see the price inc postage + do not know if there will be any import duty or tax? On another forum someone said that there is no import duty or tax because the Units are shipped from Ireland, is this true?
Hi. I ordered mine and then got an email later saying it would be delivered the next week (or something like that). Just before it arrived they took the money out, £499 and £30 delivery. It actually came from Ireland as I was worried about the import duties. Also, because of this worry, I wasn't sure how much it would be and so I didn't order straight away as I was saving my money up so that it would hopefully be covered. because I waited, I missed out on getting Valkyrie free with it so I was annoyed about that.
As you say, they don't make it clear how much in total it will be, but I live in Manchester and it cost me the above amount. Hope this helps you to stop worrying.
It's Brilliant. Bought a couple of games and there are also loads of free stuff (some of them naff obviously), but if you get the rift, download SHOWDOWN (free demo) this reminded me of when I was in Disneyland and the same quality, absolutely fantastic and the one I show everybody when they come to have a go. I already had Elite Dangerous which I played on my monitor, but when I put the rift on and started the game.................... W O W you are in the game, not watching the game.
