So the same questions keep coming up, so I figured this would be a good idea (thanks @CardinalStorm!).

This will be a place for common questions and answers. If you have a unique issue, please feel free to make your own thread, but I will try to grab all the common stuff and add it here.

- Check the History Page to See if your Order Was Successful
If you are not sure if your order went through, please check the history page for the shop.

Sign in if you ordered with your account, or choose guest if you ordered as a guest.
If you ordered as a guest and don't remember the order number, please check the confirmation email.

- Obtain Your Confirmation Email
If you did not receive your confirmation email, please go to this page and enter your email address.

- Total Price Showing as "--" or "$0.00"
This issue has been solved. If you check your history page now it should show the full price.

- Problems Changing Addresses for Asian Orders
Some Asian customers have had problems updating their address due to a bug on our side. If you were affected by this, you may have had your address automatically changed to something incorrect. This feature is now disabled, so feel free to change your address now.

- Confusion over Currency in Some Regions
Australian order are actually quoted a price in USD. Sorry for the confusion.

- Updated Shipping Estimates
The estimated shipping time should be around the date that was shown when you pr-ordered. Unfortunately, this date is calculated dynamically, and is not actually stored in the database or on your order anywhere. So Oculus Support agents will not be able to tell you the estimated shipping time if you forgot or didn't see it. At a later day we may come up with a way to give more accurate estimates, but this is to be determined at this point.

- Touch Pre-Order Reservations
Anyone that has a successful Oculus Rift pre-order will be given a reservation for Touch. It won't matter if the page had an error in that section, we will honor the reservation.

- When Does Shipping Start
Oculus Rift pre-orders will begin shipping starting on March 28th, 2016.

- Entering Your VAT Number to Remove VAT in EU
No, we don't support removing VAT from the order.

Sounds like you're one of the ones who had a March date, but has slipped to April.

At least you've heard something, even if it's not good news. I'm March, but still haven't heard a thing, so I'm assuming I'm going to be April too...

At least you've heard something, even if it's not good news. I'm March, but still haven't heard a thing, so I'm assuming I'm going to be April too...

no i think we are still in march, its just like someone else said, their covering their butts, but 1 week is still march, so we should be good, everyone is getting the same email

Still no word on Korea? We couldn't pre-order and there has been zero information from Oculus since a tweet on Jan 6th. Scuttlebutt here has it that the Rift was denied certification in Korea and won't be available here, period. If this is the case can we get confirmation?

I'm in the UK. I've been following stuff on Reddit pretty much all day, and I don't think even UK kickstart backers have heard anything yet, let alone us lowly pre-order peeps 🙂

I tried looking to see if my Rift was shipping since my order was estimated for March-April, but no email, even though I'm in the same state Oculus' Headquarters are, and preordered it on the same day, and by the same hour preorders launched. :disappointed: I may contact support soon to see if they can fix it.

P.S.: If I contact support and they can't fix the problem, I'll wait. Also, this is my first Oculus Forum post, so hi everyone. :smile:

You do realize they sold out of all stock in about the first 10min right?

im sure everyone including you will get the email soon, its just probably too many emails going out, their going to arrive during certain times, and your in the UK, so im sure you'll get it soon brother, its all normal, just gotta keep faith, god is in control, we're all going to make it 🙂

Yes, I did. I finished ordering right by the 15-25 minute mark because of errors. ._.
And the March-April estimate that I found was from the r/Oculus Order Number Survey, 27 Exactly...
EDIT: Stock didn't sell out in 10 minutes because there was no Consumer Rifts completed yet, thank you cybereality.

Well, technically it wasn't "sold out" because at the time of pre-order launch there was no stock of consumer Rifts and there was no limit to the amount of pre-orders being accepted. But I get what you're saying.
