Anyone else find it annoying that you not only have to return a broken controller to the company before they issue you a REFURBISHED one. My controller has arrived but needs to be checked by staff still so we are waiting and waiting while they find someone to finally check it in. Then we wait 3-5 business days for refurbished controller. Why not expedite the process like Amazon. You return it and once FedEx has the refund is issued or in this case the refurbished controller sent out. To have to wait for staff to get around to open the box seems like poor customer service. Or better yet sell replacement parts like other gaming companies. You have zero problems of taking my money for replacement right away but take your sweet time to send the replacement. Annoyed. Do better Meta!!

what i did was go to amazon and for $12 U.S i bought the controller stick replacements that came with the correct tools to do it and fixed both of them in less then 40 mins. Was not complicated at all just watch a you tube video and the rest was simple and saved timed money and the trouble of having someone else do it.
