So i created a user account verified the email and now it still says to verify my email. I just got my samsung gear vr and cant download any of the 6 free apps or any others.
Anybody know how to get through this so i can use the dang thing.
Have you tried using a laptop or desktop PC to verify your account? Maybe try creating a new account from scratch on a PC...I haven't created a new account for a long time, but I also haven't heard of anyone having the problem you mention. If you're still stuck after trying my suggestion, I suggest you submit a request for Support:
