I have never dealt with a product this defective or customer service this incompetent. I have been trying to use a headset for two months, and I still do not have one that works.
The first 3 headsets I received would not load any games. After weeks of back and forth with customer service, I was finally sent a second replacement only to find out this one is completely frozen on the screen showing how to remove the battery tabs from the remotes.
And before anyone asks, yes, I tried restarting it. I even went to the website listed on the screen which is unavailable. The lack of quality control is astonishing. How does a company stay in business when it keeps shipping out broken products?
Customer service has been just as frustrating-lazy responses, no real solutions, and zero accountability. At this point, I would not recommend this company's products to anyone. Two months. Three headsets. Still nothing that works. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually cares. All they keep doing is sending me refurbished headsets. They are offering to send me a 3rd refurbished headset now. An here are their exact words to me. "I want to assure you that all of our refurbished devices go through a rigorous quality assurance process. They're sanitized and tested to ensure that they're in working order. In fact, many of our refurbished devices are actually indistinguishable from new ones." This is unbelievable. At this point this is just disrespectful. It's insulting that you cant figure out your problem. If i could write a google review, yelp, or any sort of public review this company would get a zero star. They are inferior on every level.
