Developer Showcase - Ascension VR

Developer Showcase returns with a look at Ascension VR, a new title that's now available on Rift and Gear VR! Coming to us from Temple Gates Games, Ascension VR is a deck building card game with multiplayer and singleplayer options. It's a great game, one that I haven't been able to put down since I started playing.

I got this game and although I have enjoyed it so far I don't really get the point of VR with this game.  It does not really add anything to immersion.

Is there any way to set initial Hero Points pool bigger? Id like to make the games last a bit longer ... would be nice to set it like 60, 100, etc .... rather than a game lasting 20 minutes .. would be nice to play longer sessions

I really enjoyed the beta, and I just finished a match in the full game. Well worth the price of admission!

I'm looking for a new game to buy at the moment, I've never really got into card games but did enjoy Gwent on Witcher 3 😄 

Thought Dragon Front looked cool as well but no idea when its out.

Would you guys recommend this for a card newbie?

@FrozenPea  definitely. It's not that expensive and is a lot of fun in multiplayer ... that's the best part. Let me knwo when you fancy a game! 🙂 It's also super easy to pick up in a few solo plays.
