Developer, isn't it time to fix the Quest Pro controller issue?

The more you use your VR device, the worse the game performance is. The version keeps going up, but I heard there are more errors and Quest Pro has been discontinued. Does that mean that support is cut off at all? Even if support is cut off, there has never been a single problem with tracking.
 
As shown in the picture, in the past, controller tracking flew far away alternately, but now the controller on the left and right just stops. It stops at all. The buttons also don't work. Then, do you turn off the power daily? Who does that in an urgent game?
 
Even if it's still like that. Is this what a VR game console that costs more than 1.2 million won in common sense should do? If so, let them respond to the Quest 3 controller. Also, I heard that Quest Pro doesn't support it?
 
If you don't have the confidence to deal with distant tracking
You should add a compatibility list or update it.
 
Don't leave the same copy and paste letters every day.
(Example: Is the light normal? Have you turned it off before? etc.)

Ever since the V76 update, my Pro Controller has been experiencing tracking issues that make normal use nearly impossible. For over two years, I had been pretty lucky—rarely encountering tracking or overheating problems.

But not anymore. It’s absolutely awful now.

Thanks for taking the time to share your issue!

 

We understand that you are having issues with your Quest Pro controllers, which we realize is frustrating, but we would love to try and fix this for you ASAP! Here are some steps to try and get your controllers back up and running:

 

  1. Try waking them up by quickly pressing the Oculus or Menu buttons.
    • The LED should be solid white on each controller while in VR. If not, consult the Controller's LED chart to see if the controller requires charging or needs time to update.

       
  2. Make sure the tracking cameras of the controllers are clean. Make sure to use the cleaning cloth provided with the Quest Pro, or a dry, non-abrasive microfiber cloth.
    • Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect tracking or pairing (such as controller covers, controller attachments, etc.)

       
  3. While in VR, hold the controllers at eye level, pointing in front so that the cameras on the controller can see the surroundings.
    • Move the controller around slowly for the controllers to start tracking.

       
  4. Face away from the menu and try holding the Oculus button for 3 to 5 seconds. If the menu re-centers on the new facing, then at least the controller Bluetooth is connected. This means it is likely the controller is not tracking.

  1. Power cycle the controllers:
    • This usually takes about 20 seconds. You should feel the "powering down" haptics, followed by the "powering up" haptics before releasing the button.
    • Try rebooting the controller by holding down the Oculus/Menu button until you see the lights change.
    • If still not working, press Oculus or Menu button to ensure the controller is awake and flashing S.O.S. on the LED. The S.O.S. mode will blink in white with the S.O.S. pattern (3 quick blinks, 3 slow blinks, 3 quick blinks).
    • Restart the HMD via holding the power button until the Power Menu comes up. Use the Gaze Cursor to select Reboot.

       
  2. If power cycling the controllers did not resolve the issue, press Oculus or Menu button to ensure the controller is awake and flashing S.O.S.; then go through the Meta Horizon mobile app and unpair/pair the controllers.

     
  3. If that does not work, manually pair the controller using commands:
    1. To enter pairing mode on each controller, press and hold the Oculus+B (right) or Menu+Y buttons (left) for 3 seconds. You'll feel a light vibration from the front trigger when the controller transitions into pairing mode.

       
  4. You can also try a couple of button combinations to get the controllers to appear:
    1. Force power off the controllers by holding down the Oculus/Menu button for 8 to 15 seconds. You should feel the "powering down" haptics.
    2. Turn them back on by short pressing the Oculus or Menu buttons.

Developer. Still the same answer last year or now. Exactly the same as what I wrote last year. 
 
Shouldn't we find the cause at this point?
If it's hard to figure out the cause, let me respond to the Quest 3 controller. I'd recommend using the Quest 3 controller when playing Charahi games.
 
And Quest Pro, after V76 update, when will Wi-Fi 160MHz be fixed? It was solved only in Quest 3, despite being patched urgently, why isn't Quest Pro making any improvements?

I've had my Quest Pro for over 2 years and in that time I've had 2 headsets and 1 controller replaced. I routinely use factory reset and pairing when there is already a problem and it has never worked.

Please fix the firmware, show a little more love to the quest pro please.

Here is the answer.
I sent you a personal email and sent you the related content, and it has been 6 months already, but I have considerable doubts because there has been no improvement.
 
What I want to hear the most is when you will provide the improved firmware and the current progress. I left the latest post, but I know that the excessive tracking issue and the wifi issue limited to Quest Pro are the same in this beta V77 version.
