Did I pre-order successfully?

I received a order number but I don't see anything on paypal and no order confirmation email.

Plus, for whatever reason the price at checkout never showed the estimated taxes and shipping. Checking the order history shows "This price does not include tax and shipping. Estimated Total: --".

So I have no idea what the total cost is, or if the order went through properly.

EDIT: Paypal shows two different preapproved payments for $0 to "Oculus VR, LLC" and "Oculus VR LLC" (one without a comma). Not sure if this is because it never showed me a price on my order or it's supposed to be $0.

I'm not sure I ordered successfully either. I didn't receive the order confirmation page but in my account order history it says it was pre-ordered, albeit without an order #. So I'm really not sure what to do atm. Because it's in my history, I can't pre-order again.

I really hope my place in line is kept. :cry:

I just checked and I have two preapproved payments for $0.

One from business name :"Oculus VR LLC" and another for "Oculus VR, LLC"

Is this normal?

Count me in. Watched the countdown, ordered in the first couple minutes. Repeated failed attempts, now a blank order in my history. I'm gonna be heartbroken if this causes me to be thrown to the end of the line 😞

Same here, the whole things a bit of a joke tbh.

£530, 40 minutes of trying to order with failures, date gets pushed back, then it finally goes through. I have an order history in the store, but not on my oculus account. No confirmation email, no price just --.

I contacted support, tried to go to the link they sent me with the ticket, my account seems to be locked out from support, so I have to create a new account then I can't see my request. So then I raise another ticket asking WTF is going on.

So far 1 hour 40 mins wasted, no email confirmation, no confirmation of the final price, can't login to support, no order history in my developer account, unable to re-order as apparently I already have one.

To top it off with all of the crap today it will probably take support about a week to come back to me even if they do.

Not impressed, especially for the premium price.

Me too, no confirmation email, no shipping stuff, nothing. Couldn't even reserve my place for Touch controllers because of all the stupid errors.

Sigh. It IS listed in my order history but still missing all the info. Doesn't even show the order number except in the page URL at the top.

If I go to the end of the line after all the problems I've had they can just keep their CV1.
