Discomfort problem or vision problem?

I need advice about something:
I have experience as a Virtual Reality user since the days of Oculus Go. I have enjoyed different devices (Oculus Go, Oculus Quest, Meta Quest 2, Nreal Light, and finally, after selling all the previous devices, I bought Meta Quest Pro)
I bought the Meta Quest Pro at the same time that I started studying an online master's degree in Virtual Reality with Unreal Engine 5.
The fact is that due to a discomfort problem with Meta Quest Pro, and that I had to focus on studying (I am already of a certain age, this month I will turn 57 years old) I left aside the use of Virtual Reality to focus on studying.
When I finished studying the master, I started looking for possible solutions to the problem of discomfort and I found a kit called "Globular Cluster Comfortable Kit V2 Compatible with Meta Quest Pro-Soft and Bigger Forehead Pads and Rear Pads with Top Strap Added" that I bought (It hasn't arrived yet, it comes from China) I hope that is enough to solve the problem.
But I have a doubt, although I was previously able to greatly enjoy the use of Virtual Reality with the previous headsets, could it be that by spending so much time (a year) without using Virtual Reality, my vision has changed so much as to prevent me from using Virtual Reality? Before I was enjoying it for hours, but now (before the Globular Cluster kit arrives) in just a few minutes I have a headache. I don't know if that kit will produce such a big change.

Please, I need advice.

Hi @PedroJesusVR  I hope that it's the Quest Pro causing you these issues.  I'm a regular user and I'll be honest, I could find the Quest Pro to be quite painful on my forehead.

The 2 most comfortable headsets I've worn (I've used many) are the Quest 3 with Elite battery and the Pico 4.

I hope the kit solves the issue for you but if not, you'll never really know unless you try another headset.

Do you wear glasses?  You can buy prescription inserts for both the Quest Pro and Quest 3.

Big PC, all the headsets, now using Quest 3
