Is there something up with the servers right now? I'm trying to update Oculus video and download blazerush but it's extremely slow, and even going backwards? o.O
My speed is 200 mb and I did a speed test and no issues here. Restarted Oculus home but still have the problem...

I'm not hating on anyone, I was asking a serious question. Why wouldn't you answer it directly instead of attacking me?
Am I critical of Oculus support and the company as a whole--most definitely and, as far as I am concerned, everyone should be. They are charging a premium price for a product that is riddled with issues and instead of spending the funds on support or devs to optimize their code, resolve those issues and actually support their userbase, they spend it on trolls and shills used to present a public perception of the company that is completely and utterly fictional.
Should i not speak out against a company that is absolutely bereft of any care or concern of it's user base? Or should I just blindly follow along while I am getting bent over and slammed?

You keep stating that anyone who doesn't suffer your same problems are "trolls and shills." But using that logic, one could then conclude that the reason you have so many technical problems, and the reason you rely on tech support so much, is because you are rather technically inept.
