Elite strap with battery not working, even my replacement.
they both worked for 2 days then stopped, Meta has not made a comment on them and is still selling them everywhere including Amazon with prime. EVERYONE has had an issue, none of the head straps are working properly. Terrible job on META's part.
First hold down the button on the elite strap to confirm it is charged. Then plug it into the headset while the headset is fully on. If you don’t hear and see that it has connected to the headset, hold down the button on the elite strap for 5-10 seconds. Unplug it then plug it back in. This fixed it for me.
if you want, take off your headset while it fully on and press the button back. It will blink green and orange if there’s a connection issue. Do what I described above and it should work.
