I cannot buy anything in Oculus store for my Quest. I've tried web page, mobile app and headset built-in store, none of them works, all with same message "error performing query". Anyone else facing the same problem? I didn't want to post it here for community's help, but here is what I'm confused about: I created a supporting ticket a few days ago but got no further following-up from Angel, then I created another one because I'm afraid that Angel had left my ticket behind. Day passed and I found the ticket closed by supporting team as "solved" without any reply??? Is this what Oculus Support is supposed to do?
For those who may facing the same problem, now I have solved this by myself. I removed all the payment methods and added a new card, then boom it worked. BTW still not hearing back from support.
