FYI: Low framerates and jittery image with dp->dvi adapter

First I thought that the dk2 was a major let down. Image was very jittery and framerates didn't go past 35 fps. It turned out to be that the displayport to dvi active dongle didn't play nice with the rifts special hdmi-cable. So if you are experiencing issues - try another dongle, direct connection or just use dvi.

I dont have my DK2 yet but can it be hooked directly to the dvi port ? I think something is lost by using either HDMI or a hdmi~dvi convertor isn't their ?

Got the Same with an Active DP-> HDMI Adapter. Jittery and Low FPS - then i hooked up my Screen on the Active Adapter and the Rift directly and now everything works fine 🙂

I use just plan HDMI direkt input on my GFX Card and i do get jittering to sometimes. I think its the driver. That makes mostly sence since they talked yesterday about another driver update with massive speed improvement.
