Facebook account hacked someone know my password and at this moment I can't change my password.

Dear meta team,

I someone know my facebook password and they can access my account. But I am the real owner. When I am trying to change password then I see " you can't change at this moment" issue. Even I am unable to do two steps verification or i can't log out other device. In last week's many persons access my account. If you want to prove so I can prove myself. Even if you lock the account so I have the power to unlock. Please help me
