False access of my Instagram account

Hi Meta,

My Instagram account

Is hacked by username - SillyKiwi103

Meta account and he has changed the email also and taken the access and ownership of my insta account and I am unable to remove him. 

Please remove as soon as possible I saw many people have raised this concern so please help.

 

Unknown mail id is mentioned there and that person added 2 step authentication please remove that account from my insta account.
