I do have both and have to say the Rift is better but the PSVR has some good content and is easy to run without any hardware issues or running out of USB slots! The headset is comfortable but I find the Rift has better focus for a glasses wearer and. The tracking on the PSVR is a bit hit and miss compared to the Rift. With PSVR you do have a trade-in value on the physical copy games if you get fed up with them. I do find the PSVR has a lot of bluring in games. The distant landscpe of Battlezone is ghastly but Eve Valkyrie is very good. I guess if you can run to both systems then it is worth getting for some titles but if you have to choose one go the the Rift system.
