To the vast majority of us who have been forced to wait, the announcement of free shipping was a small consolation prize, but at least it was something. Finally got my shipping email, but instead of 2nd day air they've changed it to UPS Ground so instead of getting it tomorrow I have to wait a full week to get it. I'm not even disappointed this is just simply par for the course regarding a company who has done almost everything wrong so far. Palmer gets credit for being a visionary...but for almost everything else he's failing miserably. Please stop kicking us while we're down and deceiving us into thinking we're getting free shipping 2nd day air like we all deserve.
