Gear VR Oculus not logged in

I can successfully log in to my Oculus account on my Galaxy Note 8. When I insert phone into Gear VR it shows safety info,  allows me to calibrates focus, then says I'm not logged in to Oculus.   ???

You may have to uninstall all the Oculus apps from the phone. See this article:
