HELP!!!

Okay, so while turning on my meta quest 2, I got a popup saying I needed to login or I would be signed out, one problem: I hadn'r used that account in forever and it was my old account, I have since then made a new account. I cannot log in and I don't know what to do because it won't let me into my home world, please send help!!!

Unfortunately, there's no help if you don't have the login credentials for your old account.

You can reset the Quest to factory settings and set it up with your new account.

Of course, this means you'll lose all the content you purchased with the old account.
