Obviously there’s the official one which I have and love but if you want 3rd party I’m hearing great things about the Bobovr S3. They made great battery straps for the Quest 2 and this is specifically for the Quest 3.

Definitely the Bobovr S3 Pro. It's super comfy, very adjustable and the battery kicks ass.
