How can I get oculus apps back on my S6 edge

I downloaded oculus apps when I used my phone on my friends vr device. I subsequently deleted the apps thinking I did not need the apps. Only a couple days later I bout a vr myself but I can not get the vr to prompt my phone to download oculus apps.

I have a oculus account and can access my account on the Web but that's about it. I can not delete the vr services apps. I am at a loss as I have a phone that won't work with the vr.

Please help anyone.

OK cool. So my problem now is I managed to figure out how to put the oculus apps back onto the phone...thsts the good news but despite this the phone is still not prompting the vr...any ideas please.

Reboot your phone

How did you re-install the apps? Via standard setup or did you force it somehow?

I found somewhere that allowed me to down load the SDK files and then from there allowed me to carry out the actual download
