Do I need to sign up for something? I have bought rift s, quest 1, and quest 2 and have never got a promo code before. A guy I work with bought quest 1 for about a year and has got 5 promo codes already. Am I doing something wrong?

As far as we know, they're sent out randomly and no you don't sign up for them.
I've had one this week and another about 6 weeks ago. I think on average I get them maybe once every 3 months or so.
