Currently, I've had issues with my RIFT S and after lots of troubleshooting, META have asked me to ship it to one of their warehouses.
I've looked online and its a verified email, so I sent it over with DHL.
It's been like 2-3 weeks now, and I've receive no response back from them confirming they have got it or anything. When I contact support, they said I have to wait for it to be scanned, then wait 3-5 business days.
I've seen other people with similar questions, but they have also got a receipt saying it has arrived to the warehouse, whereas I haven't.
