I'm sitting here very hard trying to enjoy technolust. And it seems really well done and like it will be a lot of fun. But I'm having problems with my eyes - that will be fixed when I get corrective lenses soon. But the other problem is RIFT HURTS MY FACE. Lots. >< It's the part that contacts my forehead - after about 30 minutes it feels like burning and if I continue my face goes numb! Not good ><
Now, I ordered a VR cover. It will ship in a couple of weeks. But I was wondering if any of you had anything like that yet, and if so does it make a difference in the comfort? Overall I find the headset comfortable, except that one spot.
BTW Technolust really seems like the first truly artistic experience I've seen in VR. It's really nice.

Do you have a bandana, or another type of headband? Maybe try that between the Rift and your face? I did have VR Cover for the DK2 (which I've now sold), and confirm what previous posters have said. Hopefully we won't have too long to wait for the CV1 version.
@FrozenPea - thanks for that info! If it's like that, it should help a lot. I think the main problem is the edges of that foam. It creates a pressure point. But a soft cover like that should mitigate it.
@RobHermans - ROFLMAO. Hahaha lol. Excellent. It's even better because it's Technolust. Well... I told you guys I love VR. I guess you didn't realize I meant lovelove XD. That Rift is so sexy. I just can't help myself.
Hmm, something like that might make a good temporary solution. No I don't have one, but I could acquire one easily. That might work, I will look into it tomorrow. Thanks!
Well, I will try to loosen it. I wish I could transfer some of that pressure to the bottom of the headset - it's all on top. The Rift can move on that angle but I can't seem to get it right.
Sounds like you may have the support on the back of your head to high. Make sure it's cupped under you skull. Level roughly with the bottom of your ears. This will help balance out the rift and should mean you don't have to have it so tight.

Hmm, now that could definitely be a point. I've put the Rift up as I'm about to go to bed, but I'll definitely try that tomorrow. I should like tighten the horizontal headbands and loosen the vertical (over the top) one to do that I think?
