I would normally have LOL'd at this but I had a piece of computer hardware delivered by the same company on Friday. Despite being on the premises all day I didn't here them deliver and they posted no note. After checking the tracking at 7:30 that evening it said it had been delivered at 11:37 in the morning. Looked outside and sure enough there it was sat on the street in full view of everyone. I was amazed it was still there :shock: Apparently they have a "safe drop policy"...Yeah right :evil:
E-mailed a complaint but of course got no response.
Hermes are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Sold an rc helcopter to delivered by them to buyer and they lost it..guy tries to convince me that dealing with so many parcels theres nothing wrong with looseing a few along the way perfectly acceptable in his books!!!
