I had a mooch round the site. Pretty much a walled garden of tumbleweed. 😔

@kojack it's just promotional blurb where you can comment and like.

Hi! Invites to research studies are sent to your e-email directly once you sign up, and that is the main experience if you sign-up. The site is basically an add where you can read news and articles related to AR/VR, as well as on how the feedback you share influences product development at Meta. Let me know if you have any questions!

@CamilaPenha Thanks, I had the email and logged in, which was how I was able to do the screenshot.
Let's hope meta take more notice of it than they do of the Ideas Forum.

I'm guessing it's limited to US people only (despite not saying that anywhere I could see).
As soon as I picked Australia in the country list, it rejected me.

@kojack you could try the UK as that also works.

Yes, unfortunately at the moment it is limited to those based in the US and the UK. Thanks for your interest though and hopefully we'll open up to other countries soon!

It should probably be listed somewhere that it's region locked. I can't see it anywhere, including in the Terms of Service document. Especially since it doesn't actually say that's the reason it rejected me, for all I know they didn't want people my age.
Based on how many years it took Meta to let other countries into Horizon Worlds and have been region locking Australia out of voice commands in Horizon OS for 6 years now, my standard assumption is to not hold my breath when it comes to expanding regions. 🙂
