Just when I thought it couldn't get worse this happens. I place my order with the correct shipping address and then get an email confirmation about my order. All good so far, but then I get another email telling my they have amended my shipping address because it was wrong :lol: No - not really a laughing matter because they have amended it to a slightly different address from the one that I gave them which was the correct address. I think I know where I live after all these years :roll: I just have to hope it reaches me now because I contacted Oculus Support, but think they must be busy with other complaints because I've heard nothing.
You can go to your account and press edit and change your address. But I did that a few times and so far I've had 5 emails with different changes to my address !!!!! Hopefully because I've gone through paypal then they will send to that address :?

Haha they changed my address as well and it scared the crap outta of me until I realized they just capitalized the entire address. Good luck, I'm sure they'll straighten it out bud.

I'll try that, but I'm trying to figure out why they amended the correct address I gave them? I'm thinking if I change it back they might email to say they have corrected it to the wrong address again :lol:
I believe the amended address will typically be better, as this is based on what the shipping carrier will be expecting. Usually it's little stuff like changing "Street" to "ST" or stuff like that, which is fine. If you think the address is being changed to something that is incorrect, please contact Oculus Support.
