KS backer status pre-order

Hi,

I'm KS backer from Germany and my order status is still pre-order. The support ticket from 31. march was only replied with

"Currently, your order is one that still needs to be processed for shipment.
While I don't have a timeline to share, we'll reach out via email once we have that info."

This is now six days ago. No answer on my new support ticket I wrote 24 hours ago.
The EU pre-orders are already arriving and I don't got any update or progress on my order. As I remember oculus said they will ship to KS backers first. As I noticed on reddit there are some KS backers from EU suffering by the same lack of updates / not processing.

I am in the same boat (UK KS backer). No order status update and we can see that pre-orders are now shipping, so concerned that the order has been lost somehow. I wish I'd pre-ordered now as that's what I was going to do until they put out the KS offer. Like everyone else, I don't mind waiting but just wish things were a bit clearer.

I'm also a UK KS backer and haven't heard a thing and what's more concerning is in my order history, it now states no orders were found, so now I'm starting to think my order has been lost aswell, getting slightly concerned now, is it even worth me raising a support ticker?

Belgium KS backer, received my rift today, works wonderfully well although I had to fight with not having enough free USB ports. I hadn't received any tracking or shipping numbers. The last e-mail I got from oculus was on the 1st April saying "Your order has been processed and your Rift is almost on its way !"..
