I recently purchased a new laptop which has a Killer AX1650 module. The thing is the Control Suite and Network monitor seem to use a lot of system resources. When I open device manager they are also rated as using 'Very High' amounts of power, causing my system fans to run even when not doing anything intensive. If I close control centre, my fans almost instantly spool down to idle.
I don't really play online games that require low ping etc, so I can I uninstall everything relating to Killer? I think I must also have and Intel module installed, as when I look under Wi-fi in my network properties, I also see 200NGW - Which I think is an intel module?
