I've just read about this and watched the vid's. I'll wait for them to release the hardware to go with the software then I'll be on it. If it works as good as it looks then it will be fantastic in VR 🙂
They're working with headset manufacturers to integrate it into the headsets, so they say, I want to see how that pans out. Don't mind sticking their widget on the front in the mean time though.... if it works well.

I have one and use it with the DK2. I did have concern though by sticking in on the front are we blocking some of the IR leds? On the CV1 these may be in different spots and may be more critical in some situations. I hope I can use it on the CV1 without interfering with those LEDs.

Yeah, there appears to be a perfect space in the DK2 IR layout for positioning the leap motion. Has anyone seen the LED layout on the CV1?
