Hoping my CV1 will be here in the next week or so but I did get to play Project Cars in Vive this weekend but I think it will be better in CV1. My Rift will be purely for seated/cockpit stuff in games room and Vive is for the front room for room scale (for now)r5zecf8b58wu.jpg

Have you thought about angling the pedals like mine, makes a huge difference. I just ordered a Buttkicker 2 to go on my rig, you have enough room for one, nice and light looking...

I want a full actuated setup so bad, but am hoping the 3D on the Rift will make up for some of it.  I've played on a FFB wheel before, but wasn't that impressed and just never got a sense of speed with that alone, so I had a hard time gauging corners.  I've put off buying a wheel of my own for that reason, but after the Rift came out I finally bit the bullet and got one.  Hoping the depth perception will give me the sense of speed I want and was the main reason I started looking at a Rift to begin with.

Yes it's awesome..but of course makes no difference when in VR. Using motion and simvibe in Project Cars in VR is fantastic as long as you don't have silly fast profiles shaking you around. I wish more race sims would jump on the VR train quicker so I can get rid of the screens (saving me tons of space)
