Looking to upgrade, should I get a pico 4, pico 4 ultra or a quest 3?

I currently have a quest 2 and am looking to upgrade after almost 4 years of having it. I've seen 3 major options that bring the pico 4, pico 4 ultra and the quest 3. I play pcvr only and rarely if never play standalone. I do play vrchat a lot plus I play a ton of shooters and more story esk games.
