Mine borked but managed to fix without a reinstall. Beta worked fine though so not sure why this release is janky.

@AGL1, Use the "Download Oculus Rift Software" button here: https://www.oculus.com/rift/setup/

I think this has been updated now. It says it's version 1.26 in the file properties and has solved the issue for me.

Not sure when my system updated, but I played Skyrim VR on Thursday with 1.33 running (not PTC) without problems, but I did notice Skyrim VR ran a bit different than I was use to (maybe 99% as smooth). So it's running okay on my system so far.
