Hi everyone
, I have just bought a new Quest 3 and find the strap a little uncomfortable, can anyone recommend a third party strap from Amazon or any other supplier.

Same here not up mention mega hassle trying to log in to sky app…. Works fine on oculus 2 can I get it to log in on 3 absolutely not…. Seriously not impressed that there is no option to sign in using email address and password for us older purchasers who ain’t to tecky savvy. So yeah I have a headache too through wearing this uncomfortable headset trying to complete what should be an easy task.

As far as the app you're having issues with, can you tell us the exact name of it? That way, we can look into this issue further for you.
In the meantime, would you mind trying out these troubleshooting steps?
-Uninstall and reinstall the game or app.
-Reboot Headset: Turn off your headset. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Boot Device, and press the power button. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

It is so uncomfortable I’ve had to order a new strap that will be more comfortable, no matter what I did I couldn’t tighten it enough or stop it slipping off my nose down my face making it pull on my eyes. Real bad workmanship considering I’ve paid £649 for the unit!!
