Last year the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase was April 20th. The year before that the Oculus Quest Gaming Showcase was April 21st. We haven't heard anything yet for this year though... Do you think it will be skipped entirely or do you think it just hasn't been announced yet?

I was wondering if there's some co-ordination going on with a hardware announcement and they're keeping the gaming showcase date a little flexible... maybe putting it back towards the summer? just guessing.

I was thinking the same thing, they probably want to announce some major titles with the Quest 3. Maybe they will have it in the Summer with a Quest 3 teaser and then actually release the Quest 3 in the fall at Connect. Or maybe we will just go straight to Connect, hopefully if that is the case though we won't have to wait until October.
Yeah, a teaser in the summer is probably the best we could hope for, for the Quest 3. I'm assuming any VR titles they announce will be Quest 2 compatible but hopefully there'll also be some AR titles in the mix and although they'd probably work fine with the Q2, would really benefit from colour passthrough.
