Hey hop on here cause I can’t find anything to help me, but after my be updated whenever I try to log into my VR once it starts up, it works fine but when you ever try to open an app, it says this app is not installed, even though it is installed And now it’s just all glitchy whenever I try to play my game with my controls it won’t let me open my menu and it shows me that my controls are connected in the working. It just won’t connect with the game and I have no idea what to do. I saw it might be because of the update, but I put in my Serial number for my device and it says I am not eligible for a replacement so I don’t know what to do if you know what is happening, please comment

@guest.account.1 have you tried doing a full reset of the headset to see if this resolves the problem.
