Metas idea of customer support 

ask for a bunch of info, wait 3 days completely without contact, send an email and ask if the issue is fixed. They should sued. Incredibly irresponsible to charge people for a product like this without support. When you spend this much money there is A REASONABLE EXPECTATION THAT IT SHOULD WORK! If it doesn’t the company **bleep** well should make it right. At this point they owe us at least a working headset if not more
